The apartment is finely restored  and exquisitely furnished with some antique pieces,  decorator fabrics and luxury finishings. 

The spacious living room with fireplace, dining area and open kitchen  has a splendid view of one of the most important monuments in Todi. The custom Brummel kitchen, with shaped countertop open on two sides,  in lacquered wood and dark pink marble has all built-in equipment of the highest quality including a Franke oven, range top and sink.  A single bedroom with antique furniture, a double bedroom with wrought iron bed and lacquered wardrobe.  The bath with shower has hand painted ceramic tiles from Vietri and porcellane sanitary pieces and chrome fixtures (Horus) in an antique style.
