The original structure is a 16th c. farmhouse of 160 sqmt on two levels that has been restored and enlarged, with living/dining, kitchen, storage/laundry, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, old wood-burning oven.  Water, gpl heating, electricity.

The main villa is a new unfinished four-storey building of 500 sqmt with exposed exterior stone  walls. An existing project foresees a huge ground floor living room, kitchen,  guest bath; two bedroms, one very large bathroom, sitting area,  ample terrace on first floor; and very large bedroom and bath, terrace, on top floor.  Underground level  has garage access and internal staircase to ground floor.

An exceptional portico of 270 sqmt encircles the villa on three sides then  extends to the farmhouse.

Roof, foundations and outer walls have been constructed.  All interior work must be completed.

A magnificent deep pool (130 sqmt) is located in a marvelous panoramic position  that enjoys full-day sun and allows views to the west over the Tiber Valley.
