the historical center near the monuments and a few steps away from the
Piazza del Popolo, in an old
palace now under restoration 14 apartments will soon be available.
The restoration foresees the preservation of old
wooden beams, features such as stone
and brick arches, and the use of materials and luxury details such
as hand made terracotta tiles.
The
palace is articulated on 4 floors and the apartments will have various
sizes from 42 sqmt to 133 sqmt, some with lofts and one with a panoramic
garden. In this phase of reconstruction it is possible to join more
than one unit to create splendid tailored dwellings.

project foresees:
Three
units below street level:
Internal
1: 133 sqmt with large living/dining room with corner kitchen, 2
bedroms, 2 bathrooms and a private panoramic garden of 63 sqmt.
Internal
2: Evocative space of 93 sqmt with centuries-old brick vaults
with a spacious living room, kitchen/dining area, bedroom and bath.
Internal
3: Evocative space of 98 sqmt with centuries-old brick vaults with
a living room, large kitchen/dining area, bedroom and bathroom.
Ground
floor: Three apartments from 42 to 51 sqmt each one with living/dining
room, bedroom and bathroom.
First
floor: At the moment this level has been planned for 5
apartments from 48 sqmt to 112 sqmt, some with lofts. Various typologies
but each one with dining/living room/open kitchen, one or two bedrooms,
one or two bathrooms.
Second
floor: Three apartments of various layouts, all with lofts, from
64 sqmt to 72 sqmt, and each with living/dining and corner ktichen, one
or two bedrooms, one of two bathrooms.
