In small characteristic hamlet 10 km from Todi, a typical “cielo-terra” (sky to ground) house of ca. 150 sqmt on three floors.  Restaurant with local dishes in village, foods stores and other services at 4 km.

The house opens onto a small piazza in the hamlet and has exterior stairs (shared by the neighbor) to the first floor.  On the ground floor there are two store rooms, each with separate entrance from the piazzetta, which can be joined with an internal doorway as well as connected to the upper floor.  Both rooms have the original old floorings in cotto or stone and exposed wood beamed ceilings.

On the first floor there is a kitchen with fireplace, one large room and a small bathroom.  The upper floor has two large rooms with mansard roof, floors in old cotto tiles and exposed wood beams.  All rooms in the house have windows with lovely views of the countryside or the  hamlet.  The bath on the first floor may be enlarged and other bathrooms may be added on each level.

The house was lived in until recently but  requires some restoration.  All utilities are in the house: water, telephone, electricity, heating with city gpl.
